Short Talk

I notice that during PMS or before PMS, if you throw a pre-PMS tantrum, there is a less changes for you to have a pimple. However, if there's no tantrum being thrown or an outburst of emotion, the changes of having a pimple growing is high, very high.

So, ladies, it's ok to throw tantrum during PMS period (as contradict to what most guy would say). For gals, beauty is always the higher priority. *wink*

PMS = Poor Men Suffering
Gals throw tantrum and poor men suffering.

Hey, eskay. Why do we suffer PMS every month? So that we can continue our generation...

It's a small price to pay for men in order to achieve that objective.

Hi,
HAHAHA! Reasons to have get angry during PMS? This is fun!

Of course, Jen. Wanna throw tantrum and get away from it? Wanna be "over manja" and still won't get scold for it?

The solution --> PMS.

Then nobody will say a word. Haha..

I remembered my office staff throwing tantrum and when she mention PMS, nobody dare to make noise. Everybody afraid that thing might get worse. Nobody dare to piss her off.

See, Eskay... A solid proof.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a tricky condition to identify, partly because it has such a wide variety of signs and symptoms. Mood swings, tender breasts, food cravings, fatigue, irritability and depression are among the most common symptoms of PMS. What ties these seemingly unrelated problems together is that they affect you only in the days before your monthly period.

An estimated three of every four menstruating women experience some form of premenstrual syndrome. These problems are more likely to trouble women between their late 20s and early 40s, and they tend to recur in a predictable pattern. Yet the physical and emotional changes you experience with premenstrual syndrome may be particularly intense in some months and only slightly noticeable in others.

Still, you don't have to let these problems control your life. In recent years, much has been learned about premenstrual syndrome. Treatments and lifestyle adjustments can help you reduce or manage the signs and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.
