2011 is also not too bad. But it will never come back. What's gone will be gone. That is why.....

WE SHOULD ENJOY LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!

Have to keep reminding yourself every day, week, month, year that life is SHORT! Treasure every single moment of it. 

It's refreshing

After so long, finally I decided to go for aerobics today. Although I left work quite early, around 5.40pm, but there is a huge jam at 1TJ roundabout. I only managed to reach the center at 6.16pm.

It's nice finally being able to stretch my body and sweat. =)

Busy like everything is upside down. Return to workplace after a week, everything is near mess. Have to recommit nearly 95% of this month produts. FML!

Hi All!! Finally, I'm back to Kch, after going through the natural disaster in Sibu. Yupe, it's flooding in Sibu. Luckily we manage to find a road that is submerged with 1.5 feet of water to pass through and reach Kuching at 11.30pm. Will upload all the flooding picture in Sibu once I have rest enough. Hehe... Still a bit tired and in the holiday mood.

Yippee..... Off I go to Sematan.... Or is it Lundu? Now I'm confuse. Anyway, I'm not going to fret over this. Apparently from what I heard is we are going to Lundu.... but the hotel we are staying is Sematan Hotel. T_T So, I'm lost.

I notice that during PMS or before PMS, if you throw a pre-PMS tantrum, there is a less changes for you to have a pimple. However, if there's no tantrum being thrown or an outburst of emotion, the changes of having a pimple growing is high, very high.

So, ladies, it's ok to throw tantrum during PMS period (as contradict to what most guy would say). For gals, beauty is always the higher priority. *wink*

I'm back from my Trip!! Yes, yes, I know. I kinda disappear into thin air for 1 week plus. But hey, it's vacation for me, and I DO NOT have access to Internet during my whole trip. When I finally come back on Sunday night, I was so tired that I took Monday off and settle my stuff and basically resting and turning into a pig.

And my picture is still inside my camera. Ya ya... procastination as always. There's a couple of ppl asking for the photo already but I just can't care less. Be patient my friends. You will be able to see the photo when "lau nian" got the mood and time to tidy and upload the photos.

Okie, i think that's enough. Will update more about my Thailand Trip (Bangkok and Pattaya) when I'm in the mood. Chao for the moment...

I had to blog about this incident which happened just a few minutes ago. I was msn chatting with a guy and then suddenly he made an insensitive comment. This is how I reply:

Rainbow: Maybe next time you can show some courtesy before you say something.

Some guys really need to attend some "considerate talking" course.

p/s: is that why he remain single? I wonder....

My legs are so sore!

Due to the intense aerobics, then on shift for 12 hours per day standing and walking nearly 90% of the time, my legs are killing me now!! Damn, with every step that I took, my legs feel like it's going to give way anytime. ~_~

Another one more day to go... Gambatee Rainbow....

p/s: Any gentlemen out there willing to sponsor to massage my legs? Pretty please...... *a very fake but seductive smile*
