Went for the Kuching Builders Expo:- SARBEX 2009 at the Permata Exhibition Hall during the weekend. Nothing much to see, except for those planning to buy a house, be it for personal use or investment.

DD, ya, I think that is an apartment or condo. But I have no idea where it is. =P
Applely, not for another 5 years. How can anyone afford such a high mortgage?
