I LOVE WEEKEND

I am not sure about most of you out there, but for me, I LOVE my weekend. Maybe because I'm not tied down yet like most of my peers, I find out that weekend can be fun and fulfilling, well MOST of the time. The downside of course is when everyone else need to accompany their partners, then you can't find any partner to do stuff together. Which can end up with depression and severe loneliness. o.O

For example, you can see that I did not update my blog during weekend for a couple of weeks already. This is because I'm too busy with stuffs that I don't even have the time to surf the Internet.

Eg: One weekend was spent watching movie. The next weekend spent with outdoor activity. The other weekend spent at Slimming Santuary. Last weekend spent clubbing.

Now, isn't that great? For me, youth is meant to be treasured! Not buried like a diamond in the sand and let it's shineness be drown by the soil and sand. Instead, youth is precious, it's only for a few years and it's a non-returnable stuff. I had lost my teenage being watched over carefully by my parents. Not that it's not good, parents sometimes restrict their child's freedom thinking that it's for their own sake. But now that I had finally grow my wings strong enough, I'm not going to be tied down nor being told what's is the best for me.

I still do received nagging from my mum once in a while. Saying that girls should be careful of this and of that. I had to admit Kuching is not such a safe place as it used to be. The theory from them is "don't run, u will fall if u r not careful". If that's the case, u'll never run! Imagine all the fun and anticipation u will never experience. Well, that is definitely not my philosophy or way of life.

I'm definitely not going to be an old woman one day and complained to my grand-children that grany's life is boring. Instead, I'll be a granny that have lots of bed-time story to tell my gran-children, which will make they stay awake all night with their imagination running wild.

Tsk tsk... Bad granny...

Haha.. ya. But it's only for one session. You can't really see the effect but when they measure it does lose 0.5-1.0cm.

I'm doing the steam bath just now. This steam bath last for one week and it's unlimited. Hehe... this one is better. It makes u sweat and you really do lose weight after steam bath. But i presume after drinking water, you will gain back the weight.

Haha... But usually this type of weight losing after eating back to normal will usually gain back the weight.

I still think the best way to lose weight will have to be exercise.
